PEACH PRESERVE WITH KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON
large chunks of fresh New Jersey peaches blended with just the right amount of Kentucky straight bourbon. marmalade, in this context, refers to the firm texture of this preserve. an excellent choice to pair with roasted meats. available seasonally in limited supply in 9oz jars for $12 - (sold out)

ROSEMARY ROSÉ
made with fresh rosemary from Overbrook Farm and blended with a rosé wine to create a soft pink jelly with an unbelievable flavor. each jar contains a fresh sprig of rosemary suspended in the jelly. a beautiful and tasty treat to pair with a nice aged Blue Cheese or Brie. available in 4oz jars for $7 (view)

BAY LAUREL WITH PLUM WINE
made with fresh bay leaves from Overbrook Farm and blended with plume wine to create a tart fragrant jelly. each jar contains a soft fresh bay leaf suspended in the jelly. a tangy treat to pair with a ripe sheep cheese. available in 4oz jars for $7 (view)

RHUBARB JAM WITH LAVENDER
made with rhubarb from my own personal garden, this is a bright pink soft spread infused with lavender from Overbrook Farm. very little sugar is used in this spread, so it is packed with flavor and extremely tart. available in limited supply in 4oz jars for $7
